Absolutely! Just send us a message with your phone model and the PupCase item name, and we’ll try to manufacture more—just for you!

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but we aim to deliver within 5 business days. We’ll provide tracking information as soon as your order ships!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we're planning to expand to Europe soon—stay tuned!

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can try to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do!

Can I return or exchange my order?
AUnfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all our products are made to order. Please double-check your phone model and selected design before purchasing.

Are your phone cases MagSafe compatible?
Our main collection includes MagSafe-compatible cases with magnetic grips, perfect for freeing your hands while walking your pup. Other collections are not MagSafe-compatible, so be sure to check the product details!

Can I get a custom phone case with my own puppy?
Yes! We offer a special custom PupCase collection where you can send us a photo of your puppy (or you and your pup together), and our designer will create a one-of-a-kind animated version for your phone case!
